As a personal chef I am dedicated to providing nutritious and well
balanced meals, of the highest quality, customized to meet the
nutritional needs and culinary tastes of my clients. I enable
families to spend more time together, and manage their busy
lifestyles.

After 20 years in the legal field, I was given an opportunity to
do something different with my life. Since I was the daughter of a
Chef, I decided to follow my love of cooking and make it my
profession. I have enjoyed entertaining family and friends for
over 35 years. |
Through many culinary classes and
seminars I became inspired by the great chefs of our century and
decided to make my dream come true. On many trips to resorts I
always managed to find my way into the kitchen to learn what I
could from their executive chef. It was an easy career change for
me, not only do I love to cook, but I also enjoy the feeling of
satisfaction that comes with providing my clients with healthy,
home-cooked meals.

I realize each person has different nutritional needs and I am
able to customize a unique plan for each client, based on sound
nutritional practices, great taste and common sense. By educating
my clients on the benefits of organic foods, I help them make the
right choices for their families and help them put nutritional
meal plans together.
